I must admit that when the car was being dipped, it was an odd experience to walk into the garage and not see the Porsche. As mentioned it had become a permanent fixture in our house and to not have it there, gave one a feeling of “nakedly missing” something, a feeling, however, that was short lived. Now it was back and there was a feeling of excitement as we began to set our sights on the task of rebuilding and putting the car back together.
A picture is worth a thousand words! At this point I have decided to change gears and stop narrating the story and let the pictures do the talking. I have given you a pretty solid understanding of the timeline and the process that took place up to and including this point. So for the next several pages I am going to let the pictures do the talking. So if you’ll excuse me as I bow out for a brief period of time, I am going to continue the story silently and let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy!!
